THE CLASS

Kat’s BalancedBody classes are a dynamic workout that blends Ballet Barre, Yoga, Pilates, stretching, and meditation, designed to harmonize both your body and mind. This well-rounded class helps you achieve physical strength and mental calm for a balanced state of well-being. Classes meet weekly on Zoom for $15 per session with recordings available for later access.

What You’ll Need for Class

The great thing about Kat’s BalancedBody classes is that you can do them from anywhere! For class, all you will need is a Yoga Mat or a comfortable surface to lay down on; 2 light weights (preferably 2 lbs.); a resistance loop band and sometimes a Pilates ball or pillows.

Personalized Fitness Programs

Customized fitness plans that address your unique needs and preferences can be created upon client request. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve balance, or simply feel more connected and energized, Kat is here to guide you every step of the way.

Retreats

Occasionally, Kat will host online retreats that combine fitness sessions, guided meditations, and spiritual workshops, allowing participants to rejuvenate from anywhere. Kat hopes to offer in person retreats in the future as well.

Holistic Approach

Kat takes a holistic approach to fitness, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Morning workout/stretch/ballet/yoga with my longtime friend Kat.
